- This competition is being run by UHG during the GP25 Conference, 14–16 November 2025
- Entrants are to enter their details via the QR Code provided before the deadline of GP25 Sunday 16th November 2pm
- All entrants will go into the prize draw
- One name drawn to win a prize of a Gift Hamper. The names will be drawn randomly by UHG’s Head of Provider Relationships.
- The prize winner will be notified by Phone by the Head of Provider Relationships
